when anything can happen: concerts on buildings’ roofs, yards or in squares, performance and happening art in the city centre and in alleys, fine arts installation in the major artery of the city, theatrical performances in gates or municipal fountains, fashion shows on the stairs of office buildings, drive-in cinema and film screenings in the City Hall rooms.
The festival is hosted in June.
